Every year, a wonderful woman named Lea Piche, who owns Piche Chiropractic in Traverse City, puts together a beautiful dinner for birth professionals in this Northern Michigan area. So far, they have all been hosted at an amazing local restaurant, Sugar to Salt (S2S) in Traverse City, Michigan. Stephanie and Jon and their team did not disappoint this year! They put together some yummy appetizers followed by an amazing 4 course meal with two different main course options. The birth professionals that gathered were of a wide range of different specialties including doulas, lactation consultants, midwives, cranial sacral therapists, photographers (myself included of course!), chiropractors & other body workers and everything else in between. We got to meet, chat with one another, exchange stories, eat, drink, laugh, and cry together. This is one of the few things on my calendar every year that I really look forward to attending. Spending time with all these incredibly special women is so wonderful.
